Founder Kate Blatchford and her daughter Lisa Wagner, and their wash and repair teams, have been the trusted source for rug care in San Diego for more than 38 years.

Kate is a weaver and teaches repair workshops to pass along the craft to new generations. Lisa is a rug care industry trainer and the founder of the RugChick.com blog helping consumers care for their rugs and avoid buying problem-filled rugs.
